About Dr. Chris

Dr. Chris combines a unique background in medicine, research, and biomedical engineering to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for his patients. Originally from England, he completed his medical degree in Leeds before undertaking a PhD in Bioengineering at the University of Glasgow.

Before returning to clinical practice, Dr. Chris spent over 20 years as an academic and researcher, specialising in biomechanics and biomedical engineering. His international career took him to leading institutions in Hong Kong, Vienna, and Washington, D.C., where he contributed to research focused on advancing healthcare and medical technology.

In 2005, Dr. Chris returned to medicine in Brisbane, bringing with him a wealth of scientific knowledge and a patient-centred approach to General Practice. He values taking the time to understand each patient's individual needs and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
