Evidence-Based Psychological Care & Support

Our psychology service provides compassionate, evidence-based support for adults and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, burnout, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, or relationship concerns, our psychologists offer personalised strategies and practical support to help you improve your mental wellbeing and build long-term resilience.

Psychological support is for anyone experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties — you don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Our psychologists use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches to help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, relationship difficulties, and more. Sessions are collaborative and goal-directed — always built around what matters most to you. With a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan, most patients access Medicare rebates of up to 10 sessions per year.

Evidence-Based Therapy in a Safe, Confidential Space

Our psychologists help you understand your thoughts, manage your emotions, and build strategies that create real, lasting change — at a pace that's right for you.

Ongoing Therapy

Sessions build progressively toward your goals. Your psychologist reviews progress regularly, adjusts the approach as needed, and collaborates with your GP to ensure your care is integrated.

Formulation & Therapy Plan

Together, you develop an understanding of what's happening and why — and agree on a therapy approach and goals that fit your situation.

Initial Session

Your psychologist spends time getting to know you — your history, current concerns, and what you want to be different. There's no pressure to cover everything at once.
